Gabrielle joined our strategy away day in Oct 2021.  This was the first time a group of 16 leaders in the Risk, Legal and Compliance team in Davy had physically met in the one place. We had a busy agenda and we asked Gabrielle to provide an icebreaker that would create a sense of ‘one team’.   The purpose was to break down barriers, build trust, focus on teamwork and most importantly have fun.   Under Gabrielle’s stewardship and expert facilitation,  we kickstarted our day with fun energetic ways of getting to know each other.  As leader of the group, it was great to hear hearty laughs, see relationships develop with trust and confidence being built in a safe and inclusive environment.  I personally felt inspired and would highly recommend Gabrielle for any corporate team building event.  An icebreaker with a difference.  Thank you
